Founder & Senior Business Manager
Ruth joined St John Ambulance in 1994 as a Brigade member and relished all the challenges put to her. She became a First Aid Trainer in February 2006 and has now progressed to Area Training Officer, where she is responsible for ensuring every member in the Northern Area has appropriate qualifications and organises the training as necessary.
She is also heavily involved as a volunteer with the Mae Murray Foundation.
Ruth started her employment career as a Family Based Respite Carer to Children with Special Needs and then became a Residential Care & Support Assistant for young people until 2012 when she made the decision to become a self employed First Aid Trainer.
She continues to add to her portfolio and now holds the accredited role as an Evac Chair Trainer.
Campbell started his career in retail and then changed his direction to a more customer focused position in the service industry.
After 16 years he made the move to become self-employed and to get more involved in training as this was always at the back of his mind.
Campbell approached CM Training Services as he knew they believed in consulting and training in order to share knowledge experience and skills.
He was welcomed with open arms and although Campbell is a full-time carer, he also used his free time to build a portfolio that would benefit both himself and CM Training Services.
Campbell is now very much involved, not only in training but also in marketing, keeping CM Training Services at the fore.
